REFUND POLICY

Here is a guide about situations where you can seek a refund and the details of the amount refunded to you in each scenario:

  • Order Cancellation Before Processing:
    If you cancel the order after placing it and the warehouse team has not yet processed the order, you will receive a full refund including shipping charges.
    Note: Once the warehouse team has processed your order, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Faulty or Damaged Products:
    Refunds are only offered if the received product is faulty or damaged.

    • Change of mind or flavour preference is not eligible for a refund.

    • If you receive a different product than what you ordered, a refund will be applicable.

  • Returning Products After Delivery:
    If you return the product within the due period, you will receive a refund of the product value only (shipping charges are non-refundable).

  • Incorrect Address Provided:

    • If an incorrect address was provided by the customer, no refund is applicable.

    • In case of parcel return due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued minus £2.99 to cover shipping costs.

  • Lost Parcel Claims:
    If a parcel is claimed as lost but the courier provides valid proof of delivery, no refund will be issued.

  • Refusal to Provide Required Information:
    If our team requests information (e.g., ID verification) and the customer refuses, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued, and the order will not be processed.

  • Out-of-Stock Products:

    • If any items in your order are out of stock, you will receive a refund for the missing items.

    • If the entire order is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

  • Product Faults Post-Delivery:
    If a product is faulty or doesn’t function properly, contact customer service. We may request photos or videos as proof. Once verified, a full refund (excluding shipping) will be provided.

  • Damaged or Leaking Products:
    If the product(s) are damaged or leaking upon delivery, you will receive a full refund excluding shipping.

  • Missing Products in Order:
    If items are missing from your order, a product-only refund will be issued (shipping cost is not refunded).

  • Quick Resolutions:
    In some cases, we may offer discount codes or replacements as a quick solution to any issue.

  • Refund Processing Time:
    Refunds take 2–14 working days to reflect in your account and will be issued to the original payment method.

At Vapess World, we go beyond legal requirements with our 30-day goodwill return policy. This allows you to return products within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  2. Products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or consumed.

  3. You have 30 days from the final delivery date to change your mind.

Returning the Product

  • Email our support team with your return request.

  • Include a note in the return package with your name, order number, and reason for return.

  • Returns must be sent using a trackable method, and you must retain proof of postage.

  • We will only issue a refund after we receive the returned product.

Who Pays the Return Shipping?

We pay return shipping only under the following scenarios:

  • You received a faulty or misdescribed product (do not use the item).

  • You're ending the contract due to a delay or error on our part (e.g., incorrect price, unavailable item, change of product).

For all other returns, including change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

28-Day Faulty Product Return

  • Products with issues can be returned within 28 days.

  • Some products may have manufacturer warranties beyond 28 days—please contact the manufacturer directly.

Order Cancellation for Non-Payment or Address Errors

  • Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received on time or if the provided address is invalid.
