Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At VapeFusion.Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here's how our policy works:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return most items within 30 days of your purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Hardware (e.g., kits, tanks, etc.) must be in its original packaging, including any outer sleeves with serial numbers. We cannot accept hardware without this packaging.

  • Any gifts or samples you received are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at infovapefusion2@gmail.com with your original order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Instructions: We will respond with the return process and address details.

  3. Packaging: Make sure your return items are well-packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Feel free to use whatever material works best (old newspaper is great), but please avoid using old socks!

Exceptions to Returns

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, including:

  • Opened e-liquids

  • Tanks, atomizers, or pods filled with liquid, used, or removed from their sealed packaging

  • Used vape kits

  • Drip tips (mouthpieces)

  • Opened coils or pods

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to place a new order for the item you want and email us for return instructions on unused items. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If everything is in order, we will issue a refund for the product value, excluding any postage charges originally paid.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Please allow several days for the funds to be returned to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 working days, please:

  1. Check with us to ensure we've received your return.

  2. If we’ve processed your refund, contact your card issuing bank or payment company.

Sale or Clearance Items

  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased during sales or clearance events cannot be refunded.
